NOTES:

• Please note that the tour itinerates can be modified by the organizing committee due to unavoidable circumstances such as issues relating to permission of entry, unavailability of venues on the tour dates, etc we will make the maximum effort to inform the participants of any such issues prior to tour dates.
• The timing given in the tour plans are approximate timing which may subject to change.
• Please note that some of the above locations may have steps, uneven surfaces, etc and may not be easily accessible for people with walking difficulties.
• Detailed itineraries indicating the inclusions and exclusions will be shared with the registrants in due course.
• It is recommended to consider the ARCASIA Forum22 programme and schedule when booking your tours.
• Please be noted that some tours will happen simultaneously and the organizing committee will note be responsible for booking multiple tours that are scheduled for the same day/time.
• Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellation of tours. However, you may be able to book another tour instead, paying (if applicable) any balance payment due.
• If you are participating for any of the Colombo tours, it is recommended to book your own accommodation in Colombo to be entitled for complimentary pick-up and drop-off.
• Please note that the tours will be starting on time as indicated in the schedule and the organizing committee will not be responsible for any late arrivals.
• The tours committee appreciate the punctuality of the participants to ensure that the planned itineraries can be fully accomplished.
